What is a Birthkeeper
A Birth Keeper is someone who holds space for women to find the fullness of their power, to learn to truly trust, connect and listen to their bodies and to give birth in a way that makes you feel seen, heard, safe and respected. We respect and understand birth. We don't empower women, we help them embrace the power within.
A Birthkeeper, is a keeper of space. She holds space for the spiritual, the physical, the emotional. She holds space for your fears and hopes and dreams. She can help you find your path.
A Birthkeeper believes in you and your ability to birth. She believes that birth is sacred.

WILD PREGNANCY
Trusting our bodies innate wisdom
Most ancient wisdom traditions consider pregnancy to be a state of excellent, radiant health. An opportunity for spiritual growth and expansion. A time of increased intuition and a deep sensitivity to the world around us.
Pregnancy is not a disease, despite what modern medicine will have us believe. There is absolutely nothing intrinsically pathological about this deeply individual, biological process.
Wild pregnancy- when a woman chooses to forego prenatal medical care- is a completely viable option for many pregnancies. Our bodies have an innate wisdom which renders most routine interventions unnecessary. Our babies grow and develop in utero just as they have for thousands of years, regardless of whether we choose to moniter them.
On the other hand, there are plenty of beautiful and supportive things that we can do for ourselves when we are pregnant. Prenatal care comes in many forms. If you are interested in guidance on how to care for yourself in a way that is as wild and free as you are, then you have come to the right place. More and more women around the world are waking up to and reclaiming their primal power. Birthing their babies at home, on their own terms, free of trauma and shame, and bringing deep healing to their lineages.
I was one of those women, and the free birth of my daughter in 2018 changed me forever. It was my most important initiation into my own power.

There is a sisterhood of women supporting one another in deeply healing ways- ancient ways- the ways that women have supported one another since the dawn of time.
There is a new generation of birthkeepers being born, in a paradigm that is truly woman-centered and completely outside of the system. I am a space holder and guardian of the sacred space of birth, and I am in service to helping women navigate whatever questions, fears, trauma, or shadow work needs to be released.
