Autumn Elixir

Autumn Elixir - a Seasonal offering. 
Take a walk in through the woodland forest with this delightful small-batch, handmade elixir, created with loving intention from materials ethically foraged from an enchanted forest in Switzerland in November 2023. High in vitamin c and antioxidants. 
    Did you know that, unlike other essential vitamins, the human body does not produce vitamin c? This time of year we are graced with many plants that ripen just in time for winter- many boasting a high vitamin c profile. Its no coincidence, my friends- this is by design! 
   Both rosehips and pine needles offer us high doses of vitamins c and a, along with antioxidants, flavonoids, and phenols, which help to regulate inflammation, increase circulation, and boost our immune systems. Pine needles are also an expectorant so they support our bodies in breaking down and releasing mucous. Perfect for chest and sinus congestion. And turkeytail mushroom, containing two beneficial polysaccharides, can help fight bacterial and viral infections. Orange and cardamom add balance and flavour. 
Packaged in a 100ml glass dropper bottle.
