Amanita Muscaria and Pine trees have a beautiful symbiotic relationship. The underground mycelial network of the fungus communicates with and is in constant exchange with the root system of several conifer species. They grow together, and this salve captures the powerful essence of that bond. 
Amanita Muscaria has been long revered for its analgesic qualities. Used topically it can treat pain and inflammation of the joints, muscles, tendons. It also has an affinity for healing skin conditions, especially those which are caused by chronic inflammation. It is soothing and calming to especially dry skin.
Pine resin on the other hand is full of anti microbial compounds. It’s purpose in nature is to form a protective barrier over areas where a tree has been damaged. Medicinally it functions much the same way and can be used on superficial cuts and scrapes to prevent infection. It also has a drawing quality, helping to evacuate splinters, ticks, insect venom, etc. 
Additionally, pine resin is an expectorant- rubbing this salve on the neck and throat can help sooth respiratory discomfort, and dabbed under the nostrils, it can help clear sinus congestion. 
The musky spruce smell will transport you instantly to a mossy enchanted forest. A small dab over the third eye can enhance meditation.
