Reiki is a healing modality that originated in Japan. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.

This is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress, remove energy blockages, and promote healing.

Since 2013, I have been practicing the art of Reiki as a certified USUI Reiki master. In 2014, I also obtained my certification as a practitioner of Sacred Childbirth with Reiki- a lovely healing technique that addresses birth trauma and can even helps us to re-pattern the unfolding of our own births.
